EasySLU Terms
1. Service
EasySLU provides software for company administration, bookkeeping workflows, document organization, AI-assisted review, agent workflows, and preparation of accounting or filing information. EasySLU is not a government portal and does not submit filings, sign documents, or replace your legal responsibility for company obligations.
2. Trial and Pricing
Plans may include a 7-day trial. Pricing, plan limits, features, and availability may change as the product develops. If payment collection is not yet enabled, access may be started manually or by invitation until billing is activated.
3. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate company information, checking generated documents and accounting outputs, keeping access credentials secure, and submitting or signing official filings where required. You should consult a qualified accountant, gestor, tax advisor, or lawyer when professional judgment is needed.
4. AI and Agent Workflows
AI agents and MCP-connected tools can read, organize, draft, summarize, and prepare work based on the access you approve. Agent output may be incomplete or incorrect and must be reviewed before it is used for accounting, tax, legal, payment, filing, or external communication decisions.
5. Account and Access
You must keep your account, workspace, company access, team invitations, and agent permissions under your control. We may suspend or limit access when needed to protect the service, prevent abuse, or comply with legal or operational requirements.
6. Data and Confidentiality
You retain responsibility for the documents and data you upload. We use your data to provide and improve the service, operate support, maintain security, and run approved workflows. We aim to handle company and accounting data with reasonable confidentiality and security safeguards.
7. Availability and Changes
The service may change, pause, or become unavailable from time to time. Features may be added, changed, limited, or removed, especially while the product is under active development.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EasySLU and MVP Foundry SLU are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit, missed filings, penalties, accounting errors, tax outcomes, or decisions made from unreviewed software or AI-generated output.
